The minimum charge is €130 per site and site setup is €50 per day. By the hour, a worker is €36/h and a machine €38/h. Per-hole prices depend on the diameter and wall thickness and are listed on the pricing page. All prices exclude VAT (0%).

We core drill holes of Ø 10–600 mm in concrete, stone and brick. Typical work includes ventilation openings, pipe and cable penetrations, and anchor bolt holes.

Yes. Water collection and dust control are part of the job, so the rest of the site stays usable while we cut. Diamond sawing also produces far less vibration than breaking.

Yes. We survey the structure first, pick the blade and method to match it, and cut to the line. For large structures we use wire sawing.

Yes. We supply workers at €36/h for material handling, breaking, cleanup and other separately agreed tasks.

Demolition work includes proper waste handling and site cleanup. The scope is agreed when quoting, based on the site.

We do. Evening, night and over-8-hour work carries a +30% surcharge. Agree the schedule when requesting a quote.
